TRAINING THURSDAY (10am - 8pm)

Following your dressage test you will get verbal feedback to include development & training suggestions & your completed test sheet

• Run through any dressage test 15mins, any height SJ £35
• Run through any test  (15 mins) £25.   
• Run through tests up to BD Elementary incl FSM, BE Intermediate, all BRC & PC tests catered for (30 min slots) £40, exta £5 to add on SJ
• Freestyle Music floor plans & music preparation (see attached schedule)

ALL STAFFED - courses put up and down, encouragement given if required - all pre entry & times given

60/70 standard arena eventing classes

80/90/100. These are all qualifers for the BE Arena Eventing championship @ Aston Le Walls 28th  Feb to 1st March 2026 with the 100 class having an open section 

Riders will jump a course of 5-8 show jumps and then proceed immediately into the WH/XC phase of 8-15 simulated XC fences all on a surface. The last fence will be a show jump (joker fence) which will be approximately 10cm higher than the rest of the course.

You do NOT have to be a BE memeber to compete in any of the listed classes. Competitors who qualify for the Championships at Aston Le Walls will receive a Championships qualification email from the BE Office on receipt of the results at BE from the qualifying venues. Upon receipt of the qualification email competitors will have 14 days to become a member (minimum PAYG) of BE and horses registered with BE which is free, to retain their qualification. Failure to do this will result in the qualification being passed on.

British Eventing Rules for tack and rider equipment for XC including body protectors

Classes split between junior (16 and under) and senior, please state on entry- please note that senior and junior results are amalgmated and the qualification criteria applied as a single class

The extra dressage tests are optionalt and CAN be read out. If you enter the dressage you are still able to qualify for the BE Arena Eventing Championship. You cannot enter just the dressage alone. The qualification will be decided by the class being amalgamated 

ODE PRIZES based on number of competitors, if 5 1st £40, if 10 2nd £35, if 15 3rd £20, if 20 4th £10 etc. Rosettes to 6th

Arena Eventing (no dressage) PRIZES based on number of competitors, if 5 1st £35, if 10 2nd £20 , if 15 3rd £10 etc

Entries close 48hrs prior to competition (unless full)

SJ- disobedience or knockdown 4 penalties, 2nd refusal 8 penalties, 3x refusals = elimination

XC- disobedience 20 penalities, 2nd refusal 40 penalities, 3x refusals= elimination 

TIMED, every commenced second under optimum time (15 second tolerance) = 0.4 penalities. Speed  350mpm for 80cm, 375mpm for 90cm & 100. No stopwatches allowed. 

Fall of horse or rider, starting before the bell, retaking an obstacle already jumped, error of course or exceeding time limit will result in an elimination
